Silvermints, the classic ‘melt in the mouth’ mint, is one of Ireland’s best loved confectionery brands. Silvermints was first introduced in the 1920’s and the product continues to maintain a loyal following to this day. The mint is best known for its great taste and crumbling texture that make it a hit with both young and old.
Silvermints are available in a foil packed tube which continues to be a firm favourite. In 2005, Silvermints extended its range with the successful launch of Mini Silvermints Tin Standard and Extra Strong. Silvermint Softies were launched in 2008, they’re the unique fresh mints that allow you to chew, chew, chew!

Steve Silvermint – The cool clean hero
Steve Silvermint was never anything other than a fully-grown hunk of masculinity. Ireland first fell in love with Steve in 1975. More than a generation later, Steve hasn’t aged a bit! Steve managed to rescue damsels in distress and to safeguard the cool clean Silvermints formula from the clutches of the evil ugly sweets.

Silvermints has extended its core range with the introduction of Mini Silvermints in tins and Silvermints Softies. Mini Silvermints are in an eye-catching compact tin with a resealable flip top lid, making it ideal for slipping into a pocket or handbag.
Silvermint refreshmint
The Silvermints range has just expanded and it hasmoved into new areas of the mint market with the introduction of Spearmint Silvermints and Seriously Strong Silvermints. Silvermints have also just launched a new 50g tin of Mini Silvermints, with the same great Silvermints taste and texture in a mini version of the cool classic mint.
The introduction of these innovative Silvermints products is once again bringing this confectionery classic to the forefront of young consumer’s minds.
Silvermints has also undergone a pack revamp across the range and increased the pack size to 30g, while still maintaining the classic and iconic Silvermints look.
