Chef has joined forces with Unislim to present consumers with a new low fat range of dressings, which are sure to help consumers get in shape for the summer! The delicious dressings contain less than 3% fat and come in the following varieties: Low Fat Vinaigrette, Low Fat Caesar, Low Fat Honey & Mustard, Low Fat Sun-dried Tomato, Low Fat Red Pepper. All of the dressings work beautifully with traditional salads and the Sun-Dried Tomato and Red Pepper varieties are also an ideal accompaniment for pasta or rice salads. This new low fat range of Chef Dressings has been specially developed by the Jacob Fruitfield Food Group to reflect the growing health consciousness of Irish consumers. Further additions to Chef's low fat range include a light mayonnaise range also endorsed by Unislim.

Summer 2005 will see the launch of Ireland's first ever BBQ Week, in which Chef BBQ Sauce is an official sponsor. The BBQ & Summer-eating market is growing quickly in Ireland & BBQ has become fun funky and fashionable. Though a range of radio & press promotion, Chef will be encouraging consumers to get out-doors and enjoy the delicious taste of BBQ food. National BBQ Week runs from May 30th to June 5th.
